Our Spring Cake Trio is certain to be a hit at your next party, back yard BBQ, or road trip. The Spring Cake Trio has 3 of our family favorite layer cakes turned them into lip smacking loaf cakes perfect in size. This Fun Cake Trio will easily serve 10-12 of your closest friends. These Southern bakery items are made with the freshest ingredients…mouthwatering Mandarin oranges in our creamsicle cake, luscious red strawberries packed into our strawberries and cream cake and of course real coconut icing atop our ever popular coconut cake.

Serves 10-12
For best taste and texture, allow your cake to thaw completely at room temperature before serving. Enjoy up to 5 days at room temperature or wrap and freeze for up to 1 year.

Cake trio appeared as a gift for my mom. It was well wrapped but the icing was melting on all 3 cakes. They were promptly put in freezer in hopes icing would firm up instead of sticking to plastic wrap. Kind of disappointed . the one piece eaten before freezing was moist and tasty but the melting icing was a bummer.

These cakes were excellent. They really taste like homemade cakes should with just the right amount of frosting. The cakes were also very fresh. We placed two of these cakes in our freezer and they still tasted great when we thawed them later. Will definitely be ordering these cakes again.

Bought this for Mother's Day for my mom-in-law who lives in Ohio. It was delivered on time and well packaged. Shes tried the strawberry one so far and says it is delicious. We also sent a Coconut Cake to my mom and rave reviews all the way around. We will definitely be ordering again.

My father received the package and was very surprised at the delivery. He has not sampled all of the cakes yet, but has complimented the coconut cake as "delicious" and as reminiscent of his mom's coconut pound cake. I sent these to my Mother as a Mother's Day treat since we couldn't be together. I purchased the Spring Cake Trio as a gift to my parents out of town. I was really disappointed to hear that when they arrived at my parents house the cakes were already thawed. There was no evidence of dry ice or any coolant. My Dad called the company and was assured that the cakes were fine. There was no compensation to them, the recipient, or to me, the buyer, for future purchases. I would have expected at least 50% off future purchases or ship something for free to them or myself. Very disappointing...

The cakes were delicious as expected but the shipping, even with the "cooler" left me less than happy. I am not sure how long dry ice should last in a sealed container but when I open my container other than the package saying it was dry ice there was no indication of such. The cakes were warm, the icing very pliable in the package, the cakes seemed stuffed into the container. I guess I had expected more considering the cost.

We received 3 cakes the strawberry, orange and coconut. They were smaller than I thought they would be. They were wrapped in a plastic type cover that stuck to the icing, making them very difficult to keep looking neat after being unwrapped. They were tasty but very similar to something I would make myself. The supermarket has better ways of wrapping cakes that would be more appropriate for shipping, and would help the cakes retain a pretty presentation, since you do want them to look good when they are a gift. i have given the cheesecake and was told that the icing was completely stuck to the wrapper and had to be scraped off and put back on the cake. The overall taste though, is good.

My order arrived on time and the recipient loved the cake. The website needs updated though -- it took at least five tries for me to successfully enter the recipient note (it shouldn't be this hard!). The shipping section also needs updated so that the customer can see pricing information before selecting the method. I selected one method and the website wouldn't accept my selection. This took a few additional tries.

The last time I ordered cakes they arrived frozen. This time the cakes were thawed and warm. Dry ice melted all the way. I called the next day to questions this and the associate acted like it was no big deal and happens all the time. Told me to refreeze the cakes. Was disappointed.

Due to the delicate nature of our Layer Cakes we do flash freeze them to protect them during shipping. When the weather is cooler, they tend to arrive frozen. When the temperatures are warmer, it is normal for the dry ice to have dissipated in transit and for the cake to be warmer upon arrival. This will not impact the quality of the cake. We do suggest placing the cakes in refrigerator or freezer for a couple of hours to firm the icing back up so that it is not damaged when the plastic is removed. These three cakes were equally moist and delicious. The taste was incredible. The orange cake has flecks of orange peel, the strawberry cake tasted like fresh strawberries, and the coconut cake had the most moist, flaky coconut. They were all surprisingly moist and tasty.
