Ok, my friends and I were visiting Nashville for the weekend. So, we decided to hit Bourbon street for a night of fun. Well, I came upon this candy store and as we walked in the gentleman behind the counter gave us free samples of their pralines. Tasty, but oh my God. As I walked deeper into the store, I ran into this delectable treat called a gopher. Lawd! They came in milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate(my favorite). I only bought 2 and oh my goodness, they were delicious. Which led me to the website, because we don't have these stores here in Chicago. This is an awesome treat. "White Chocolate Gophers" Love, Love, Love!

When I was told that I was highly allergic to chocolate and preservatives I was devastated as this is my favorite candy. However some people can eat a small portion of White chocolate occasionally as long as the product does not have preservatives. I took a chance and ordered the White gophers. I did not have a reaction! So I order them by the box and treat myself to them a couple of times a week. Thank you for your perfect candy.

I received my White Chocolate Gophers, and with my first bite was transported to the top elevation of ecstasy! My only wish is that there was a way to customize the kinds of gophers included in the choices. My family and I only like white chocolate, and milk chocolate, but there is no package that offers that choice. Once that choice is made available, I can see myself ordering gophers on a regular basis. Until then you'll still be my favorite candy stop.

These candies are sweet and decadent; however the presentation is a bit off-putting. Having them come individually wrapped is probably necessary to preserve the freshness, but it makes the box look like it was filled in a drug store. It is misleading, because the candy couldn't be better.

I am originally from Savannah, and my husband loves white chocolate gophers. I ordered them for his birthday and they arrived fast (two days after ordering) and in tact, not melted. The gophers came individually wrapped within a beautiful gold box with ribbon. My husband is thoroughly enjoying his gift, and I'll definitely be ordering from Savannah Candy Kitchen again to get a "taste of home." I highly recommend them!

My wife and I were in Savannah for our anniversary recently and bought a few gophers and caramel popcorn while meandering around River Street. The gophers were wonderful; so was the popcorn. I ordered more gophers for my wife for her bday and it was a hit! Great stuff!
