For best taste and texture, allow to thaw completely at room temperature before serving. Enjoy up to 5 days at room temperature or wrap and freeze for up to 6 months.

For best presentation, remove cake from packaging while frozen.

I expected this to be moist. It was not. Maybe I don't know what sour cream pound cake should be. I was shocked that it was so SMALL! The other cakes I ordered were 8 lbs, this was 2! In the future I will order one of the regular moist cakes and get 2-3 times as much cake. They offered to refund what I paid for the cake but I declined. Maybe this is the way pound cakes are supposed to be.
