I ordered the Turtle Gophers. My order arrived quickly, and the candy was delicious, especially at room temperature. The caramel is smooth and sweet & the nuts are plentiful. We recently visited Savannah and tried some gophers. I can't rave enough about them. The pecans are terrific and so is the caramel. My husband says they are the best candy he has ever eaten. The only thing I would like is for them to be larger as they are in the physical store. This smaller size means one may not be enough! I woule like the option to purchase the larger gophers for shipping.

I love turtles and usually make a trip to the big city to buy some. With all going on "just because" trips are a no-no, so in searching I came across Savannah Candy. They looked good but there is always a bit of caution when ordering online, especially when you have to buy a qty not one to try first. Unfortunately, these are the most delicious and addictive candies I've ever tried. I bought a box of 12 for myself with every intention of having one a week. I've been having one every day so have already placed an order for another 12. The pecans, chocolate, and caramel are all perfect - stretchy, soft caramel, delicious and fresh pecans, and chocolate that's amazing. It's a good thing it'll soon be too warm here for me to place another order - everything in moderation as I keep telling myself.

We ordered the 27 count milk chocolate gophers. My fiance brought some back from their store in the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport where she had a layover from a business trip. I loved how much chocolate and caramel there was! Other brands seem to skimp on chocolate and put too many nuts. Savannah does not skimp. It was an even balance of all three. I opted for the box, instead of the tin and I was not disappointed. Each gopher was individually wrapped (and sealed). They shipped fast, in styrofoam container and dry ice to keep them from melting. The items were in perfect shape when they arrive. I will definitely order from Savannah Candy again! Highly recommend!

I have loved eating turtles, i.e, gophers for as long as I can remember. By far, the ones from Savannah Candy Kitchen are the very best. The caramel is soft and chewy, the nuts are always fresh, and the chocolate is uniquely its own. They are so very good, you will not want to share. Racing to catch my connection at the Atlanta airport with only moments to spare, I decided to grab something sweet from Savannah's Candy Kitchen. Although everything looked wonderful I chose Milk Choc.Gophers and Rocky Road Fudge.and I must say, I've never had better of either one, anywhere, EVER! Both were simply delicious; rich and creamy and loaded with the freshest pecans in perfect proportions making each bite 'to die for'! Needless to say, I made a bee-line to SCK on my return flight home, doubling my first order, and have placed two additional orders since then! Seems I just can't get enough!

I purchased the turtles for a birthday gift. The recipient was very pleased and said the candy was delicious. The package was sent to a state that is experiencing very hot weather. Candy arrived in perfect shape because of the packing. Will definitely purchase from the Candy Kitchen again.

I love the Pralines; But I found out that I preferr them from the store off the Slab. But these Gophers in Milk chocolate and White Chocolate from the Assorted package are AWESOME! I gave away the Dark Chocolate. Well worth the Money. The Quality was 5 Star. Go Army, Mrs.B
