Warm Weather Shipping Policy |
|
Warm weather shipping is now in effect for all perishable products, beginning May 15 and expiring on September 30. All baked goods, excluding cookies, and items containing chocolate or fudge must ship to arrive within 2 business days. Additionally, all items will be shipped in insulating packaging with dry ice to ensure the quality of your order on delivery. We will only be shipping orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend. All orders, with the exception of Next Day Air orders, received after 2:00PM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. No orders will ship on Friday. Unfortunately, as we cannot use UPS Express shipping methods to ship to PO Boxes, we are unable to accept deliveries for these during warm weather. |

For orders where UPS Ground will exceed 2 days in transit (the blue area in the map below) the shipping method will be upgraded to UPS 2ND Day Air. Please make every effort to notify the recipient to be available to receive the package. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or melted while left unattended in warm weather. |

All shipments with a delivery in the area marked in blue will be upgraded to UPS 2ND Day Air ($15.00). |
