Portion: 16 - 18 Servings, 8 inch 3-layer
Storage: May be store in refrigerator, as wrapped, 2 - 3 days.
Shelf life: May be frozen up to six months.
Ingredients: Cake Ingredients: All-purpose flour, canola oil, strawberry gelatin, eggs, water, strawberries.

Icing Ingredients: Strawberry juice, powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese


Chocolate Pound Loaf Cake

Portion: 4 - 5 Servings, Each loaf weights approximately 3/4 lb and measures 6 1/2 X 3 1/2 X 2 inches.
Storage: To serve immediately, thaw at room temperature
Shelf life: Store in refrigerator up to 1 week; in freezer, up to 4 weeks
Ingredients: Sugar, butter, eggs, cake flour, choco- late, baking powder, vanilla extract
